In short

Your data is used to run your marketing, nothing else. We don’t sell it and don’t use it for advertising.

The website measures its audience without cookies. The client space uses a single cookie, to keep you signed in.

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data.

On the website

To know which pages are read, the platform uses cookieless audience measurement: the page viewed, the site the visit came from, the country, the type of device and the browser. Before sending, the page address is cleaned of any parameter and any identifier.

Visitors are not followed from one day to the next: the code used to count a visit changes every day, and no IP address is kept.

We also count clicks on “Request access”, with the place on the page and the language, and we measure how fast pages load.

No form is filled in on the website: to request access, you write to us by email.

When you write to us

We keep your email address and what you tell us about your work, to answer you and open your access.

If you don’t follow up, these exchanges are deleted after 3 years.

Your account

We create your account when we open your access. You sign in with your email address and a password, which we never see in plain text.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. The space needs it to work, and it is used for nothing else.

Your work and your videos

What you tell us about your work: its name, your expertise, your offer, the people you help, your tone and your goals.

What you import: your videos and their sound, with the name of each file.

What the platform makes from them: the transcript, with who speaks when, the content prepared (shorts, texts, publishing calendar) and your corrections.

We also record who opened which file and when, to protect your space.

Faces and voices

To frame your videos on you, the platform detects the faces in the picture and compares them with each other during processing. These comparisons are not kept.

Small pictures of the faces and a few sentences of each voice stay in your space, so you can choose which ones are yours.

If other people appear or speak in your videos, it is up to you to have their consent.

Your social networks

If you connect a network, we keep the account’s identifier, name and type, then for each publication: the text, the title, the scheduled date, the link to the post and the log of each sending. No password or key is stored there.

Temporary connection data for an account is erased after 30 minutes. Notifications from the publishing service are erased after 30 days.

You can disconnect an account at any time: it is then also deleted at our publishing provider.

Tracked links

When someone clicks the link of one of your pieces of content, we count the visit with its date and the site it came from, setting robots apart. We keep neither IP address nor identity.

The destination link receives a short code, which tells which piece of content the visit came from.

Why, and what allows us to

This data is only used to provide the service, answer you, protect accounts and know what works.

What allows us to: the contract between us when you have a space, your request when you write to us, and our legitimate interest in security, cookieless audience measurement and link counting.

Who has access

Us, and the technical providers that run the platform: website hosting, database and sign‑in, file storage, video processing, transcription and text analysis, publishing to social networks and audience measurement. They act on our instructions and only for this service.

Your files are stored in Western Europe. Some providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Our host may keep technical logs, including the IP address, for a short time, for the security of the service.

How long

As long as your space exists, except for the shorter periods given above.

To close your space, write to us: within a month, we delete your account, your videos, your content and your connected accounts, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Audience measurement only keeps overall figures, with no person behind them.

Security

Exchanges with the platform are encrypted. Your files are private: every opening is checked and recorded. Each client only sees their own space.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or get it back in a readable format.
